Hush has no account

Hush does not create user accounts. Hush does not use Facebook Login, Instagram Login, or any other Meta login. We do not receive your Facebook name, email, friends list, or other Facebook profile data.

Delete data on your device

• Delete a recording, with its photos, videos and audio, in the app at any time.
• Deleting the Hush app removes the data stored on your device. App files are not included in device backups, so export any reports you want to keep first.
• Hush data in your private iCloud can be removed through iCloud storage settings on your device.

Facebook and Meta

If you opened Hush from a Facebook or Instagram ad, or you want to remove Hush from Facebook’s Apps and Websites list, that only changes your Facebook settings. It does not send us Facebook user data to delete. There is nothing stored on our servers under your Facebook ID.

To remove Hush from your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Hush → Remove.

What deleting the app does not do

• Deleting the app does not cancel anything billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
• App Store transaction records stay with Apple. RevenueCat keeps an anonymous access-status record. TelemetryDeck keeps anonymous usage signals if analytics was on. These are not linked to your name or Facebook account.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Ask us to delete data

Email kurt@netkreatives.be with “Hush data deletion” in the subject. Include anything that helps us find a support email you sent. Most Hush data never leaves your device, so you control it directly in the app, in iOS Settings and in iCloud.
