Need a hand? Email kurt@netkreatives.be with your Hush version, iPhone model, and a short description. Avoid sending private recordings unless you choose to share them for troubleshooting.

Restore access

Purchases are disabled in the current TestFlight build. Once subscriptions launch, use Restore Purchases with the same Apple account used for the purchase.

Manage or cancel

Open Apple subscriptions to change or cancel your plan. For refunds, visit Apple’s refund support. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.

Protect your recordings

Export a backup before deleting or reinstalling Hush. Optional iCloud sync and exported copies need to be managed separately. Deleting an exported copy or a synchronized record is separate from deleting the local recording.

About readings

Built-in microphone readings are indicative, not certified. Check the input, weighting, response, and reference settings when comparing results. Hush does not establish hearing safety or legal compliance.
